Depending upon the stying, our knee-nipping striped skirt can be classically elegant or, as shown here, young and saucy. The upper edge of the narrow yoke is bound with ring-striped jersey, narrow pleats are stitched down to just below the hips for a smooth fit and then open out into a swingy shape.
